If you purchased a copy of Windows for your PC (meaning you installed it yourself because you had an older version), Microsoft will usually allow you to transfer the license. If they actually provided you with a copy of Windows (basically, you'll have this if your machine is more than just a few years old), it would be an OEM version which will not allow you to install and/or activate on the MacBook. Recovery CDs basically restore the original configuration of your machine and do not provide an installable version of Windows. If they gave you 'recovery' CDs (which has been more common for the past few years), you would not be able to install it at all on your MacBook. OEM versions of Windows are usually 'locked' to the manufacturer that they are supplied with. If you're asking if you can use the Windows CDs that came with your PC for your MacBook, the answer would be no.
Microsoft's OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) licensing is fairly strict.
